It is my mission to help every client understand their true potential. With regular check-ins, we establish not only how your body should function - inside and out - but we also focus diligently on your mental state to ensure that your mindset is right for the task at hand. If the mind isn't there, the body won't go there.
Jim's Gym is a 1800sqft space dedicated purely to one-on-one and small group personal training featuring regular special events and a limited membership capped at 25 people.
The space is never crowded.
Why only 25 total members? Unlike a massive fitness center, my livelihood isn't dependent upon the amount of people I can stuff through the door. 25 people is enough for me to pay my rent, but it isn't so many that you ever have to wait on a machine or walk back out the door because every machine has a queued line and 30-minute wait times.
Because of the low volume, the space is always clean and the machines you need are more than likely free. The equipment stays newer longer because they're not constantly abused. The people you'll meet are dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and have a deep-rooted respect for the gym space, the others who use it, and the culture we're fostering.
And even though we have a robust and varied array of machines, new machines are added regularly. The value of your membership grows and grows while the cost stays the same.
As an AFAA and ONNIT-certified personal trainer working as a professional Health Coach in the industry for over 12 years, I've seen every one of my clients achieve a better version of themselves.
I've had the pleasure of training clients across the spectrum - from septuagenarians to Special Olympics athletes, collegiate rugby players, professional bull fighters (yes, seriously), police officer candidates, people running for local government and city council, entrepreneurs and college and high school kids just looking to add some additional muscle and feel better about themselves.
Together, you and I will dive in on several key Wellness Pillars; Nutrition, Mindset, and Physical Fitness. When it comes to Health Coaching, everyone who sticks with it succeeds.
