Colton has made his home in the gym for over a decade. Inspired by a family tragedy and the loss of a parent, he started working out with the goal of being the strongest he could be, physically. While on that journey, he found that fitness had a hugely positive impact not only on his physical, but also his mental wellbeing. Colton knows that being mentally strong is just as important as physical strength.
It also bears mentioning, he met the love of his life in the gym.
Colton's background - and passion - is in powerlifting, but is just as capable and passionate about general fitness. He aims to bring health and an overall better quality of life to his clients.
