Kim has been working as a full time Personal Trainer since 2013. She is an avid backpacker and lover of all sports, recently retiring from a 12 year rugby career.
She believes strongly that fitness is an individual journey that can be both fulfilling and empowering with the right guidance. Kim's ethos: a strong body has a direct connection with a strong mind, and mobility goes hand and hand with true strength.
Kim is passionate about health, fitness and injury prevention. She has worked with people from various ages, skill levels and goals, and specializes in strength and endurance conditioning, corrective exercise, agility, sport strength, balance, and weight management.
